• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• ?Welcome and greet guests. Make all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you’re there to personally take care of then.

• Learn and retain detailed information in regards to Mici’s entire food , catering and beverage menus.
• Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
• Answer and handle all phone calls with efficiency and friendliness.
• Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
• Ensure that the Mici 5 POINTS OF SERVICE is utilized at all times.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our point-of-sale system which relays orders to the kitchen and bar.
• Ensure ALL checklists, including weekly tasks are completed.
• Be able to prioritize best routing for more than one delivery at a time. 
•  “Table talk” with Mici customers.
• Ensure all downtime projects are completed.
• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen to guests in a timely matter.
• Make deliveries of our product to residential and commercial locations
• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness to ALL service areas.
• Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
• Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers as situations arise.
• Be ready and willing to assist busperson with clearing and resetting tables.
• Collaborate with other Mici Team Members to ensure the Mici Customer is receiving 100% guest attention.
• Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.

• QUALIFICATIONS:

?

•  Be 21 years of age.
• Possess suitable communications skills to create a positive interaction experience with our customers.
• Possess a valid state driving license.
• Have use of a properly maintained, licensed, and street-legal vehicle capable of driving up to two-hundred miles per day.
• Maintain minimal or higher insurance coverage as mandated by state law.
• Maintain an acceptable driving record as stipulated by company policy or insurance carrier.
• Be capable of reading a map and interpreting written directions.
• Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and make change.
• Be able to work in a sitting while driving, standing, and walking position with frequent changes between positions.
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
